BlackCores may consider qualified referrers who can introduce suitable professional-services, governance, licensing-support, compliance-administration or platform-readiness mandates — under written introducer terms and subject to anti-bribery and suitability review.

No authority to bind BlackCores

Qualified referrers may not represent, commit or bind BlackCores Group without separate written authorisation.

No unauthorised financial promotion

Referrers may not make financial promotion statements on behalf of BlackCores without prior written approval.

No guarantee language

Referrers may not represent guaranteed outcomes, guaranteed access or guaranteed regulatory approval.

Anti-bribery and sanctions checks

All referrers are subject to anti-bribery, anti-corruption and sanctions screening before terms are agreed.

Written introducer terms required

All referral arrangements require a signed written introducer agreement before any mandate introduction.

All introducer discussions are confidential. Written terms are required before any mandate is introduced. BlackCores does not accept informal or verbal introducer arrangements.
